OnCourage is a site dedicated to making the cancer experience, a little easier. This site allows family and friends to “gather” and get updated, share stories, and show support for the person diagnosed with cancer.
According to the Canadian Cancer Society, there are 225,800 people diagnosed with cancer annually in Canada alone. What all these people have in common is that cancer changes and complicates life.
OnCourage makes it simpler! Instead of calling, emailing or texting updates to multiple people daily, the site is used as the hub of information. All family and friends who are invited to the site will get a real-time update and will be able to share thoughts, stories, and pictures. OnCourage is also a place where friends and family can “sign up” to do specific tasks that the administrator has requested. For example, drives to treatment, groceries, dinner preparation, etc. There is also a place directly on the site where friends and family can purchase and send gifts to express their support.

- 100% of the funds gathered through advertising on this site will directly benefit those living with cancer by being directed back into the site into the operations of the site and the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre.
